Mumbai: The arrest of those involved in vandalising the Amar Jawan Jyoti in Mumbai during the Azad Maidan protest earlier last month has put the city police in a spot. The Chief Secretary of Bihar has written a letter to the Mumbai Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh asking how a Bihar resident was arrested without following due process.
