Cabinet clears SC/ST quota in job promotions

New Delhi: The Cabinet on Tuesday cleared a Bill which provides for reservation to the Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) in government job promotions. The government will introduce the Bill in Parliament on Wednesday or Thursday.
