New Delhi: The family of the Delhi-based tattoo artist Paras Bhasin, whose mutilated body was found by the police near railway tracks in Ganesh Nagar in East Delhi on Monday morning, has alleged in its FIR that Bhasin was under constant threat from his in-laws and that his wife was kept under house-arrest by her family after it came to know of their marriage.
