New Delhi: Undeterred by unruly scenes in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, the government would try to bring the Bill providing quota in promotions to SC/ST in government jobs on Thursday in Parliament but its immediate passage looks unlikely with the opposition emerging from within the UPA.
