New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and former law minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday said 'the clamour for post-retirement jobs among judges is affecting the impartiality of the judiciary'. He also pitched for a two-year cooling off period before retired judges are appointed to tribunals and commissions.
