New Delhi: Prime accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case, ex-Haryana Home minister Gopal Kanda and his close aide Aruna Chadha were on Saturday charged with abetment to suicide, criminal intimidation and destruction of evidence. A court took cognizance of the chargesheet and a case was filed under Sections 306, 506, 201, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 34/66 of the IT Act.
