Petrol pump dealers have declared a partial shutdown across country, starting Monday, in protest against 'inadequate' commission payments. The dealers have announced that petrol pumps will be open only from 9 am to 5 pm. This has led to long queues at the pump with the consumers complaining of major inconvenience.
