New Delhi: Ahead of the fifth Cabinet reshuffle by the Manmohan Singh government, India Against Corruption (IAC) leader Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said the exercise is futile. Kejriwal said that the Congress is playing musical chairs. 'Congress is playing musical chairs with portfoliios. It won't help the country,' said Kejriwal.
