Mumbai: It's the fourth anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks - the worst terror attacks on Indian soil. Tributes are being paid to martyrs and victims across the country. In Mumbai, where the carnage unfolded, a special memorial was held at the Police Gymkhana. Governor Sankaranarayan, Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde were present.
