Outgoing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Director AP Singh on Wednesday said that he was not raising any personal allegations against the new chief Ranjit Sinha. AP Singh said that he was only commenting on the system of appointing the CBI chief in an exclusive interview to CNN-IBN's Arunima.
