Though's India request for extraditing David Headly in connection with the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks in under scrutiny, the US has assured India that their authorities will continue to be responsive to it. Speaking to CNN-IBN, US Under Secretary of State Wendy Sherman said that Headley will pay for his role in the heinous act.
