Change of Guard ceremony opens to public

The Change of Guard ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan can now be watched by public. Two hundred visitors will be allowed every Saturday to watch the 30-minute long ceremony at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
