Ahmedabad: As the Gujarat elections come closer, the Congress has questioned the Narendra Modi government's record in office as campaigning heats up. Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Congress leader Manish Tewari has alleged Modi of causing a loss of Rs 1 lakh crore to the state exchequer. '17 scams in Gujarat have caused a loss of Rs 1 lakh crore to the state exchequer,' Tewari said.
