New Delhi: The winter chill has finally set in as parts of Himachal Pradesh received the season's first snowfall causing temperatures to drop by 9 degrees Celsius in parts of North India. Snowfall in tourist resorts Shimla, Manali and Dalhousie has resulted in a cold wave. After relatively warmer days, Delhiites saw light rains and breeze on Tuesday.
