New Delhi: A very agitated and angry Jaya Bachchan broke down in the Rajya Sabha and threatened to continue standing as a protest till stricter laws are put in place for the safety of women, while speaking on the merciless gangrape of a 23-year-old para-medical student who is now battling for her life in a government hospital.
