Under severe pressure after a nationwide outrage, the Delhi Police claimed four of the six men accused of raping a 23-year-old girl and throwing her out of the bus were arrested and said the horrific crime began with the bus staff first harassing the girl and her friend and when they resisted were attacked in a gruesome manner.
