Attack after attack on women and yet the system remains inert and apathetic. All we hear is about dress codes, women must dress this way and behave in a certain way, but this is not about dress codes anymore, this is about heinous criminality, perversion and violence. When will the system wake up, why are city administrations failing to stop attacks on women?
