New Delhi: 7.08 pm: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member Yogendra Yadav says steps to prevent such crime should have been taken much earlier. 'Steps to stop such crime needs to be taken not just in Delhi, but all over the country...there is an immediate need of speedy trial in such cases,' said Yadav.
