UPA not serious on quota bill, alleges Mayawati

Upset with the UPA government for not being able to pass the SC/ST promotion quota bill in the Lok Sabha during the Winter Session, BSP chief Mayawati said that though she has warned the government, she isn't planning to withdraw her support.
