Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday addressed the nation on the Delhi gangrape case and the ongoing anti-rape protests in the national capital. He issued a fresh appeal to people to maintain peace and asked them to desist from violence saying 'anger about the crime is justified but not violence'.
