New Delhi: North India continues to be in the grip of a severe cold wave as Delhi recorded its coldest night this season at 5.5 degree Celsius. Fourteen more people succumbed to extreme cold across the North, taking the death toll to 84. Dense fog in some areas too making matters worse of train and flight schedules.
