Tharoor says name anti-rape law after braveheart, sparks row

Union Minister Shashi Tharoor on Tuesday sparked a new controversy by suggesting that the new anti-rape law should be named against the 23-year-old girl. While the BJP said Tharoor's suggestion was a 'needless diversion', the Congress remained cautious in its respond saying the need of the hour was a strong anti-rape law.
