Hate speech: Akbaruddin Owaisi evades arrest citing health concerns

MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, who returned to Hyderabad from London, evaded arrest on Monday citing ill health. The Andhra police ordered his medical tests to be conducted on Tuesday.
