New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in his address on the final day of the Congress Chintan Shivir in Jaipur committed himself to reforms, called on the party to communicate the UPA government's achievements to the people and urged Pakistan to do more to tackle terror. Beginning his address shortly after UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi spoke on the need to push ahead with reforms, the PM said that the UPA government had fulfilled most of the promises made during the campaigns in the previous two elections.
