Mumbai: The Shiv Sena has planned to distribute knives to women at different places as a means of enhancing their personal security in the wake of the recent harassment cases against women. The Shiv Sena has taken up the task of distributing knives to women on late founder Bal Thackeray's birth anniversary on Wednesday.
