Kejriwal alleges Delhi govt conspiring with private power companies to cheat people

With less than a year for the Delhi elections, Arvind Kejriwal of the Aam Admi Party has attacked the Sheila Dikshit government saying it has conspired with private distribution companies to cheat the consumer.
