Vishwaroopam: Apology sought from TN Advocate General

New Delhi: The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on Sunday demanded an apology from Tamil Nadu's Advocate General for statements made by them in connection with the certification of 'Vishwaroopam'. Condemning the allegations made by Navaneetha Krishnan and advocate Sankarasubbu, the CBFC said in a statement, 'Every action taken/procedure followed by CBFC for certifying 'Vishwaroopam' or any other film has been done in accordance with the Act and Rules framed by Parliament ... The CBFC calls upon the Advocate General and Advocate Shri Sankarasubu to issue an apology for the statements made by them.'
