West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee chief Pradip Bhattacharya has ruled out resignation of Union Minister Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary saying he did nothing wrong. Bhattacharya said that party workers were agitated because the DM gave them time and later didn't agree.
