Rumours have it that Vidya Balan would play the lead role in cinematographer Rajiv Menon's film. The film is based on legendary singer Bharat Ratna MS Subbulakshmi. The cinematographer's last movie as director was 'Kandukondein Kandukondein' in 2000.
