With Budget 2013, less than a fortnight away, people from across the country are speaking up on what they want from the Finance Minister P Chidambaram this time. 'If I were Finance Minister, I would reduce the education loan. Education loan is much more expensive than auto loan, and I would rather reduce education loan to 5 per cent so that education for students becomes much more convenient and easy,' said a Mumbaiite.
