New Delhi: An FIR should be filed in the 2G case based on the CNN-IBN expose which showed the alleged nexus between a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) prosecutor and a key accused in the case. The Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) filed an application in the Supreme Court in the 2G case pleading that an FIR should be registered on the basis of conversation on the audio tapes aired by CNN-IBN.
