New Delhi: The main Opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday seemed to have set the tone for the upcoming Budget Session, due to start on Thursday, by announcing it will not cooperate with the government till Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde apologises for his 'Hindu terror' remarks. The party also launched a counter-attack on the Congress by accusing it of playing vote-bank politics in the country.
