A 7-year-old girl was allegedly raped inside an MCD school in Mangolpuri on Thursday leading to violent protests in Delhi. 'I have given instructions to the police. I said in Parliament yesterday in relation to the Bhandara case in Maharashtra that such cases need to be treated seriously. The government is currently prosecuting a case strongly, and has introduced an ordinance calling for the death penalty for heinous crimes in the rarest of rare cases,' said Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde.
