Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, while speaking during BJP's national Executive meet in New Delhi, said President Pranab Mukherjee would have been a better prime minister instead of Manmohan Singh. Modi also called PM Manmohan a night watchman appointed by the UPA.
