Mumbai: North India has borne the brunt of the swine flu virus this year. New Delhi has reported the maximum cases, with 1,150 cases in two months alone. Rajasthan has reported 549 cases but the highest number of casualties, with 115 swine flu deaths. Gujarat has reported 260 cases and 49 deaths, followed by Haryana which has 294 cases and 36 deaths.
