Minister of State in PMO V Narayanasamy, while commenting on human rights violations against Tamils in Sri Lanka, said 'The resolution on Sri Lanka is coming up in the UN Human Rights Commission and the draft of the resolution has been circulated after which, a final decision will be taken.
