Commenting at Nitish Kumar's Adhikar rally in New Delhi, BJP slammed the Congress for not doing much to improve backwards states. 'Backward states should stop expecting anything from Congress. When BJP-led NDA will come to power, we will take care of everyone. Congress will do nothing for them,' said BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain.
