The Ministry of External Affairs said it will abide by the Supreme Court's order on the Italian envoy and that a study of India-Italy relationship is underway. Coming down heavily on Italian Ambassador Daniel Mancini while hearing the case of Italian marines, the Chief Justice of India Altamas Kabir not only restrained him from leaving the country till further orders, he also added that a person who comes to the court and gives an undertaking has no immunity.
