FTN: Tale of two cultures: Apathy in Jaipur, help pours out in Boston: Does India lack good samaritans?

The latest from Jaipur, where public apathy was captured on CCTV which showed passerby leaving a woman and her infant bleeding to death after an accident. A 26-year-old woman and her 8-month-old daughter in Jaipur died waiting for help on a busy road after their bike was hit by a speeding truck. The traumatised father and the young son who survived, stood by crying for help, only to see several cars and vehicles pass them by without offering any assistance.
