December 3 will be observed as International Day for Disabled Persons. There will be lot of talk about providing facilities to the disabled but as Citizen Journalists Dinesh Gupta and Kamal Bir Singh show that’s all empty talk. Gupta, who has cerebral palsy, is campaigning for accessible buses in Delhi and Singh wants banks to do business with the visually impaired.
