New Delhi: Reverend Valson Thampu, the officer on Special Duty in St Stephens college has resigned from the post of principal. Four people were injured after a gas cylinder exploded in a local train in Mumbai. A domestic water levy has been proposed in the Kolkata Municipal Corporation's 2008-09 annual budget.
