Meet Mr Biswas; he is wooing Bengalâ??s people to vote

West Bengal Election Commission launched its mascot in an effort to help voters. It's called Anando Biswas - a smart yellow-clad polling officer which will feature prominently in campaigns to de-mystify the election process.
