New Delhi: With every indication that the 2009 General Elections will throw up a badly hung Parliament, political parties are looking at post-poll options already. On Friday, senior Congress leader and Delhi Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit reached out to the Left, saying she saw no reason why the Left and other like-minded parties should not join hands with the UPA after the elections. It's an offer that Left leader Brinda Karat has rejected saying her party will not accept a Congress-led government in any situation.
