when i was 20 to 22 year old i was consfused about my goal in the position of what to do and wahat not to do that time my uncle told me quote vivikanandas statement take a one idea.............. that statement creat light in my life and my confusion get clear from that day swamiji become my study subject and very soon i am writting book on vivekananda

vivekananda . . . ive seen him thorough the eyes of my mentor my friend philosopher and guide practically my god father my principal sir of my 10th standard school mr.bandla madhava rao . . .he had this hugee portrait of swami vivekananda in his office i used to be a troubled teenager always complaining my sir guided me made me realise my inner potential and talents he inspired me to dream and put my best efforts to make my dream come true as i passed out of school so did my vision i fell prey to the corporate claws of intermediate jail my life was over then i went back to my sir with my lost spirits he inspired me once more to go for my talent which lies in a challenge like journalism . . .now im persuing mass comm i am an active member of the vivekananda institute of human excellence - yuva jagruthi vedika and am inspired every single day . . i see myself as "something" in future shining bright as ever and keeping the fire aliveeeeeee

Books have been written by the millions, what one needs is practice. We may participate in hundreds of discssions, listen thousands of speaker, read millions of books, but to prosper we need to practise. Swami Ji said 'much reading is evil.' First read, then mediate and think what you read. Practice is vital. Take up one ideal, make that one ideal your life, think of it, dream of it and DO NOT LET ANY OTHER IDEAL ENTER IN TO YOUR BRAIN. This is the way to success. Work out the ideal on your own way.
Let there be no difference between thought and word and deed. If one can join all three of these, nothing can stop one from accomplishing anything.
One more important thing is, make a choice. Either you go by the spirit or you go by the matter. The world is saying you to take care of your ego. Swami Ji is saying you to throw your ego once and for all. The choice is yours. You can not follow both God and Devil at the same time.

Swami Vivekanand have always been very inspiring personality for me. Wen i was of 12 yrs, i participated in a speech competition which was held in Bihar n d way i expressed; a gentlemen came to me n gave me a hug n said ur lines touched my heart. And, since dat day i like reading his books. I have never ever been to an institution to get some tips to be happy, but ofcourse its vivekanand n i have a lot frm him.

I've done my schooling from various parts in the country, a very common feature in all schools is of putting up attractive quotes and posters. I remember having this saying "Come out into the universe of Light. Everything in the universe is yours, stretch out your arms and embrace it with love. If you ever felt you wanted to do that, you have felt God" put up on our classroom wall, as a young kid it took hard-effort to understand the meaning of this. Today, when I look at any saying from the vedanta, vivekanada's perspective is what hits the mind.

During my Engineering 3rd year I was passing through depression and tension when I got Swamiji's few words from the internet and my whole world turned upside down . A remarkable change came in my life as I started reading more and more; eventually I became the Topper in our college and a new energy and fulfillment with peace came in my life. I am one of millions transformed by Swami Vivekananda.I didn't have a happy schooling. Had lot of problems at home.It was around 6 years ago, when i first went to Rk mutt chennai and started reading about Ramakrishna and Vivekananda. I didnt have a great life as a fresher in a MNC. Their words changed my life. Their life and sayings gave answers to all of my problems. I am a courageous person now with good character. I have dedicated my life to them. These words are always in my heart : "Fear is death. Fear is the only sin.".. "They only live who live for others, Others are more dead than alive".

I was introduced to one of Swami Vivekananda's quotes in my childhood and I was instantly inspired by his words. It was not long when I bought 'Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda' and started reading it. I like his lectures because they are totally scientific. I was very much interested in Physics at that time. I was surprised to find many answers to the present day questions in Physics in one of his lectures 'The Cosmos'. Today, Swami Vivekanada has turned out to be my life.
